I'm building a new 10 gallon planted tank (tropical). The back wall is covered in cork bark and I'd like to have some plants to cover up the seams between pieces. What are the smallest epiphytic plants that would be suitable for this?
not sure how well cork bark will last underwater but you could use, you could use java fern (and the similar kinds like windelov, narrow leaf etc...), moss (java, taiwan, flame, christmas etc...), riccia and the various anubiases.
in above water, i'd say bromeliads, tillandsias, certain orchids, and vines like ficus pumila and pothos.
mosses and riccia as well as anubias can be grown emersed as well.
