Enough lighting or not?

I'm really tossed if I have sufficient lighting. Its a 110 tall gallon fish tank with a fluval planted light. I just recently noticed the light is actually 30" 46 watts. Before i add more light i figured id see what you guys think. I also notice some plants do ok with the lighting others no growth at all. Im dosing flourish and trace and daily excel.
