ok i have a little 2.5g Mini Bowfront tank that i will be setting up for 1 briggs, a few amano and plants and that will be all so i was wondering if 1 10watt compact flourescent bulb would be enough light for low light plants

plants will be:
2 Needleleaf javafern
1 anubias nana 'petite'
hornwort
and some java moss covering a very tiny clay pot if i can find one small enough so that it wont look gigantic in the little tank

thanks for any answers that may come

I would say 10W would be sufficient. And to find small clay pots go to a craft store. They have all sorts of clay pots, from the size of thimbles all the way up to normal sized ones. They are marked up compared to say Home Depot but its the only place to find the small ones.

thanks i will definently keep craftstores in mind when looking for a claypot i just hope they dont have too many to pick from because i am hard at making decisions when i have alot to choose from lol.

and what would be a good ground cover plant that doesnt get very tall and will go well with this light and no ferts or co2
