I recently received cherry shrimps and one of the shrimp appear to be infected, so I isolated it as soon as possible. I would really appreciate it if you could help me to verify that its infected and help me to ensure that other shrimps don't get infected too.

It's very difficult for me to get decent picture with limited lighting. If it's unclear, I'll re-take pictures tomorrow when the sun is up.

It looks like the yellow/green gunky signs of ellobiopsidae in the first picture you posted. I was randomly watching a video about shrimp quarantine and diseases yesterday. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Zrm1COijXM
She talks about how to quarantine your other shrimp, but doesn't really offer any good treatments for shrimp that already have the disease. Sorry.
