I would do about 1/3 rd EI for the routine using Excel, in place of CO2.
You can likely extend the water change to 2-3 week ranges, but doing them weekly is likely a better idea for most folks, till things are in good shape and you are fairly good with correcting issues with plants/algae etc.
I'd dose about 15mls a day of the Excel.
Look into generic equivalents also, Glutaraldehyde.
