Hi, saw some LEDS from ebay at a resaoable price

this is for a 3ft tank, i am wondering is this enough for low light plants?

Should be fine for low light tank.. even probably bit higher.
My only quips:
1)They don't tell you the color temp of the "white"
2)they say basically it is "dimmable" but don't really show exactly how.. Like, do they mean you can say.. shut off blue or "dim" blue"?
3)LOTS of diodes w/ LOW power.. .04W/each approx
4)At full power it will look blueish.. A compromise design to get both FW and SW people interested..

All things considered nothing terribly wrong w/ it.. nothing earth shattering right w/ it either..
Considering where you are from.. it is a fair market price, more so than in the past..Frankly, considering your proximity to China.. it should be cheaper.. Guess it is the volume thing....
