[Qwedfg]

My tank has been up for about a month and is just about cycled. It is an 11 gallon cadlights tank with an E-series light. I've been having trouble with my UG carpet. I got some of the tropica UG and planted it and have been blasting CO2. Its been growing upwards but not much creeping yet and its yellow versus the green color its supposed to be.

I had the light on 90 percent have lowered it to 70% in hopes of getting it to turn green again. What percentage should I have this thing on?
