Most small fish like that are fine with shrimp. Its the first week or two that the shrimp babies are around and small enough to fit into a fish's mouth that they are the most at risk and the fish may eat them. Lots of moss and stuff helps giving the babies somewhere to hide out for the first week or two until they are big enough that the fish don't see them as food. Most fish eat small bugs/worms/flies whatever falls into the water or is living in the water with them, so they'll go for them when they're first born.
