dwarf hair grass and Finnex

I'm moving over to the planted world. I have a 40G with 14" to the substrate. I'm using flora max with flourish tabs and dosing excel. I just bought the Finnex FugeRay Planted+. I dont dose CO2 and I really dont want to unless I have to. I was wondering if I could grow dwarf hair grass with this setup?

I don't know about others but, in my experience DHG is pretty easy to grow. I grew it in the 6 gallon fluval edge with stratum and only 2 halogen lamps
