They're such neat little creatures too, I wish the pet stores would tell people their needs though. I imagine 75% of them sold, end up in a huge tall tank that the frogs have a hard time surfacing for air, and they aren't spot fed or kept in a tank where people think they will just eat what they find. They are nearly blind and they need to be hand fed for the most part. You can train them to goto the same spot for food though. I have mine in a 2.5gal tank, so easy to surface for air, have a little cave to hang out in, and I use an upside down lid to put their food in and they can find in easily in a small tank and know that is the feeding dish. When the males make their mating call, its neat too.
