Dwarf Baby tears

Hi my name is josh. I just set up my 20g planted tank I bought some dwarf baby tears with my other plants I ordered online. I was wanting to know if anyone knows if they would grow with diy co2 and the light I'm using in the finnex 24/7 planted plus and my question is if anyone knows if I would have success growing the plant. My expectations are not to high for the plant so I'm not to disappointed if it doesn't work out. Any help or Advice would be great!! Here's my tank when I planted it and before I did a big trim to encourage new growth

I see no reason why it shouldnt do well, assuming your diy co2 is providing adequate and stable levels.

It'll do better if you break those big clumps up and plant in smaller bunches, like dime size or even smaller. Space them out an inch or so apart. It'll spread faster and grow more evenly.

My co2 is on all day and night and I turn my air pump on at night to have gas exchange at the surface and I also forgot to put info about my substrate it is a 2 inch drift substrate and a 2 inch gravel cap

As said, break it up into little bunches and spread them out evenly so that they'll carpet your substrate faster.

Your tank isn't high so there's lots of light reaching the substrate which means that the baby tears are getting a good amount of light.

I've used yeast and sugar with a compact fluorescent bulb to grow HC before. The little pot was happily pearling away!
