Ive tried to grow monte carlo submerged before and it has died every time, so this time I've decided to grow it in with the dry start method and it seems to be going good, but I'm concerned it will all die once I fill the tank. Is this something to be worried about, and if so is there anything I can do to prevent that from happening?

Sorry for the delayed response and thanks for the help. i don't remember exactly the parameters from before but i know that the water was very hard due to the type of rock i put in the tank as well as the substrate I used, but now Im using Fluval stratum to help lower the hardness and supply the plant with better nutrients. Do you thing I will have the same issues when I put water in once the carpet is grown in?

Update- I filled the tank yesterday and all seems well, but I have a few questions. First, when I filled the tank some of the fluvial stratum got on the leaves of the monte carlo, should i try to rub it off or just leave it to resolve it self? Second question, what will happen to the monte carlo as it a darts to submerged form and how will I know when its fully adapted? I left the imgur link below, and thank again for the help.https://imgur.com/gallery/qybPiNV
