I bought the 4KH solution and used it only to find out that the redsea kit says that my water needs to be atleast 5KH to work correctly. 4KH or lower will not work correctly. Does anybody know of indicator drops that will work with 4KH (since i got 2 bottles of it)? Or is everybody using the red sea indicator drops even with the 4KH solution?

What I meant was they said the "fluid" needed to be atleast 5KH. I guess I want to know what others with the redsea kit are doing. Even at 1bps my kit is full yellow.

If your are using a true 4dkh solution then there is no need to add water to it. Just fill the drop checker with it.
