I'd like to know how to do it with a flow adjuster. However I just tied a not in the airline tubing after getting a siphon started on it. That's what a girl at the pet shop said to do. I actually just finished acclimating some German Blue Rams that way. They have only been in the tank a few inutes and seem very happy!

with the flow adjuster you can change how much water is dripping. to do this all you have to do is cut the air line and join the 2 halves with the adjuster and start it up like you regularly would. twisting the adjuster out will increase flow; inward decreases flow.
