i am using this dosing scheme for my 15G tank. The tanks specs are as follows -
15G (US), 27W CFL at 6" above the tank, 200GPH canister,Substrate - ada amazonia with power sand, flora - dwarf sags, vals, java fern, anubias nana, bacopa monnieri, hygrophila and amazon sword.
Excel is being added at 1 ml /day. Following ferts are being added twice a week with no dosing on sunday - K2H2O4 - 2ml, K2SO4 - 5ml, MgSO4 - 7ml, Chelated Iron - 1ml, Plantex - 1ml.

The tank is overstocked with 6 pearl Gouramis. Ammonia and Nitrites are 0 ppm, Nitrates 10-20ppm, ph - 7.6.

Is this dosing correct? Just began with this couple of days ago so there has not been any appreciable/noticeable growth in the plants so far.

It's impossible to say without the concentration of your solutions. You should also be more specific on the form of iron such as DTPA 11% etc.

Each of these is dissolved in 500ml of water-
10Gms of KH2PO4
40Gms of K2SO4
60Gms of MgSO4
15Gms of Plantex CSM+B
10Gms of Chelated Iron (EDTA)

The results below are a total of one dose of each fertilizer you're using. Since your are not using CO2 injection most of the doses seem okay. Everything seems to be around half the full EI dose which is fine without CO2 injection. The only change I would make is increasing the Plantex and EDTA iron doses to 3ml. That will effectively raise your iron to 0.25 ppm per dose which is about 1/2 of the full EI dose as well.

(x1) Plantex CSM+B 15 gm (approximately 3 1/2 teaspoons)
(x1) EDTA Fe (13%) 10 gm (approximately 2 teaspoons)
