Just started setting up the following tank:

1. Tank: 58cm x 58cm x 30cm 90L
2. Lights: 38W T5
3. Substrate: 3cm Sera Floredepot capped with 4cm plain sand
4. External filter that filters 200 Litres per hour
5. Will add Eleocharis Parvula and Valisneria
6. CO2 paintball bottle with diffuser

What should I dose and in what quantities?

thanks both for your help. I think probably PPS Pro is the easiest way as I can see.

It is said that the first weeks when starting a planted tank it is advised to carry out as many water changes as possible. How many are sdvisable and when do you carry them out e.g when lights go off?

which one should I use to get better results?

1. Seachem regime - a bit of a pain and a bit expensive
2. ADA fertilizers step 1 amd step 2 - easy but expensive
3. Estimative Index - moderately easy
4. PPS Pro - easy and cheap

What would you suggest works better?
