I have some ohko dragon stone in my tank. I was wondering if ohko dragon stone changes water hardness or ph. I heard that there are different kinds of dragon stone and some change parameters and some don't. I dont know if it breaking easily and it having a dusty texture means anything, but that is the kind I have.

True ADA Dragon Stone is a clay based stone and should not change water parameters dramatically. However, there is A LOT of stone being sold online that claims to be 'dragon stone' but is obviously not clay based and will likely change water parameters.....possibly substantially.
