The addition of Fe is also good if the tank is ready for it, otherwise in a normal setting the Trace will contain enough, if you feel you need more Fe add more Trace at least until you can get more iron.

Whether or not you need to dose supplemental Fe depends on any actual/perceived deficiencies in your plants. But it's not a given.
