I really like my planted tanks but sometimes I feel like growing things without all the water and algae. I have used rubbermaid shelves to make a 4 foot by 8 foot table in my back room of my basement. I then hung an 8 foot piece of pvc from the ceiling. A have 4 23 watt CFL 6500k running over the table. I have 6 large flower pots with all sorts of stuff. I run a fan and dehumidifier and water the plants with my indoor pond water.

  • Pandanus spp.
  • palms, especially Chamaedorea spp.

Hey Len what is that plant right to the right of the fish tank? Is that a Spathiphyllum?

I like that big philo. That's a classy plant.
Yep it's a spathillium it just sent up a ton of new flowers and the philo is the centerpiece it really started the whole jungle theme I got it 3 years ago and it was about 18" high and 18" around now it sends out leaves that are bigger than that, it's a real centerpiece plant..
