Baby shrimps are just disturbed by the adult activities and try to get out of the way. You should see other adult females (if any in the tank) run for cover too, at least mine do that.In the last two weeks I've had upwards of 50 babies born. Tonight I glanced in the tank and my adult males were 'hunting' a female somewhere in the tank. I also noticed a buttload of babies swimming through the water column. So do the babies also smell the female and give chase or is it just a coincidence?
