Trying to decide between:

Anyone know how strong the push is on the jet outflow? I will be doing the do aqua mini mv-1 for the inflow. I'm not doing co2, anyone have experience with these two outflows? I would love to see a video of the jet outflow, but can't find one.

I'm not an expert but with your most recent scape either should do great. You can expect the violet pipe to direct the flow more downward while the jet will likely make things more turbulent.

Jet outflow is overly strong if your scape is not established and is, in my opinion, just a nice piece of glass to look at that doesn't take up a lot of space. Any hairgrass I get growing on the opposite side of the flow (in a Mini M) gets blown over pretty good. I'd recommend the violet glass. Or, you could wait for the new lily pipe spin.

I was leaning towards the violet glass, but it is a little more obtrusive. i will probably go with the violet glass. Any more info on the spin? I've seen the video, but isn't it asking for staghorn algae?
