It doesn't matter how you stick it in, or even if you stick it in so long as the bubbles go up the intake tube.
yea thats what i dont get...the the intake tube has no place for me to stick the airline tube though
Why? Just unscrew the top, leave the tubing connected..Isn't that a PITA when its time to start a new bottle of CO2?
I like that sound, it lets me know when its time to refresh the yeast/sugar!I just used a dremel and drilled a hole on the top cover of my HOB filter, and ran the tubing directly next to the impeller. Changin was easy, I could just unscrew cap, or pull the tubing out and just shove it back in.
Now I use a powerhead for additional water flow and because the sound of the impellers chopping up the bubbles got annoying.
