I've got all the parts I need to start a DIY yeast Co2 setup except a diffuser of some kind. I'd like to use a glass diffuser but does the yeast setup have enough pressure to use one? If not what is the next best thing? Should I just use a wood airstone?

Probably having the CO2 tubing attached to a powerhead in-take. This will chop up the bubbles into a fine mist. The downside is that these fine mist of bubbles will be all over the tank. Unfortunately, there is no way around it unless you have an external CO2 reactor.

If you happen to have an Aquaclear HOB, it also makes a pretty darn good diffuser. Just feed CO2 into the intake, and move the sponge to the top of the basket. The impeller chops up the CO2, and the sponge traps bubbles underneath so they dissolve instead of escaping.
