The other day my cat knocked over my DiY CO2 bottles and about 500 or 600 ml of the mix ended up in my 29g tank :icon_cry: Iv been doing water changes daily since it happened and I did two major water changes when I came home and found it, both almost emptying the tank. I added some carbon to my filter & Im going to continue doing water changes for the rest of the week, but is there anything else I should do or add to help get rid of the yeast mix in the tank?

Nope your already doing the best thing possible 50+ WC's daily.

Do you have a separator between your bottles and the tank? (a small disposable water bottle plumbed into your C02 line between the bottles and tank to catch any back pressure)

Yeah I have a separator/bubble counter on it too, it got knock off the bottom of the stand and one of the 2 liters was basically upside down with the separator on it, so it got filled up too. I may add a second one to the line just to be safe.
