What is your most effective, highest, and/or longest lasting Diy Co2 formula?
( ex. x cups of sugar, x tablespoons of yeast, and x table soons of baking soda):fish:

Do you use any sort of valve to slow down the output, because I am worried that it will be too much for my 20gallon.
If you put a valve on it, you risk blowing the CO2 bottle, makes a mess.

You will be better off tailoring your recipe.

i use 2 1L bottles on my 29g, so i would assume that 1 2L bottle would work well for your application. the mix i use is 1c sugar 1/8 tsp yeast (bakers) and water to till the bottle gets smaller. this mix lasts about 2 weeks for me and using my xp1 as a diffuser gives me around 35ppm of dissolved co2 in the tank.
