What do you guys use to drill the holes in the tops of the caps? I'm looking at doing 4x 2 liter bottles but I'm noticing the caps are pretty hard plastic. Suggestions?

boil some water, pour in some grinded coffe beans, drink it, put a lot of elbow grease on a red hot screwdriver tip, push it hard and make a marvel of a hole in that caps....

11/64 drill bit with the cap screwed on the bottle. Don't push hard, let the drill work for you. Then use a pair of pliers to pull the tubing through.

Tip of a kitchen knife (when the wife's not home). Twirl it around 7 or 8 times til you get the right sized hole.

Yeah, a pair of scissors that have had a lighter held to the tip works well.

I second the 11/64 bit. Cut the tubing at a 45 and pull it through with pliers.

cut the tube at an angle, easier to get it started in the hole.
