I just setup this FZONE DIY CO2 setup, and its run out of CO2 so I needed to change the material. Well, I took it out and looked at the bottom of the cylinder and for some reason there is a crystal precipitant that has formed and HOT water isn't doing much to it. Is there a way I could get it out? I have contacted the company if this is normal, but seeing as the reaction took place and it made the tank cold I am sure it has to be. Anyone have any advice for me?

They use citric acid sodium bicarbonate as their reaction right? It's basically an alkazerser tablet. Anyway, its a non-contact part with your aquarium so I wouldn't overly worry about it.
