Even though I want to do a planted tank, I've seen some really cool dimmed "night" lights when the plant lights are off. (I'm thinking of the big clear kahuna thread) What kind of lights are these?

I just wanted something for looks (something cheap for looks though

I would have the real plant lights going for most of the day though, I'd just want a little something to light the tank up when I get home.
