I have a 40b stalked with ember tetras, some endlers, 3 cories, 2 small bushy nose plecos, and some Colombian tetras. I had a few ember tetras get some small black pigmented areas under the skin, then a few months later they would die, maybe lose a fish a month. This has been going on a while. I've treated with prazi pro a couple of times. I tried a tetra parasite guard as well. None of the other fish were ever effected in the last year. No new tank mates or plants have been introduced within 2 years. I've lost 10 out of 14 Colombians within 2 weeks. They would get the black pigment spots then get a bit bloated and die that day the bloating started. The last couple looked like the spots erupted leaving a hole with a white chunk in it, like a zit almost. Today one has something hanging out its gills, I got some pics, a little blurry but the best I could get. All non tetra fish have been fine the whole time.

Any help would be appreciated.
