Ok so I have a bit of a Dilema, I had recently started two new 10gallon tanks and have been doing a dry start to let the plants take root. I have ordered two canister filters and power heads for both tanks and this is where the dilema is. I just filled in both tanks today because I had checked the shipping and it had said that the water filter and powerheads would come in tomorrow, but after I filled in both tanks and rechecked the shipping, it said that the shipment got delayed and wont come in untill wednesday. The question is because the tank will not have any water flow and I have no way of distributing Co2 into the tank without the powerhead should I just take out the water or will my plants be fine until wednesday without any water flow...

Leave them in. They'll be fine.

Or you could just drain the tanks back down.

Low light, no CO2, no water movement (not even an airstone?), still should be OK for 2 or 3 or 7 days. Depending on the plants and overall water chemistry too, you could do daily water changes to soften the blow.
