I plan on having a CO2 set up soon for my 75 gallon. If i get one of the atomic diffusers will CO2 be distributed around the whole tank? Or would a four foot tank be too long? The other option I am looking at is an inline. I use a spray bar that is under the surface of the water. Would this be adequate CO2? Thanks

As long as your regulator is capable of a working pressure of 40psi, and you have decent flow all around the tank, it will work.

It will not be terribly efficient, though. I suggest looking into a DIY reactor. <$30 total cost, and you minimize the 7Up look.
