Yup they are different. R. H'ra tends to creep along on the bottom and in my tank attaches itself to driftwoood and sends shoots up from the main creeping stem. Densely packed leaves. It has short, olive reddish leaves that color up the closer they get to the light source.

My Red Rotundifolia.. ( not sure if it's "high red", or not.) tends to grow like a slightly more reddish leaved R. Rotudiifolia, the stems color up more before the leaves do and they grow narrower and more sparse. If you think you have Blood Red it's an entirely different plant from H'ra and Red Rotundifolia. It has very thin leaves and thinner stems, dark red stems and leaves in the right condition. Which I've not been able to manage with my reddish Rotalas. I suspect I have too much Nitrates and not enough Iron. These Rotalas need soft, low KH water to grow healthy.
