Difference between Contortionist and Corkscrew val

I was wondering what the difference between both vals are. According to Plantgeek, Corkscrew is...
Similar to Contortionist Val, but will stay slightly smaller
Does that mean smaller in size or height? Because I have this val, which started in my 20 gallon long (12" H) and later moved it to my 29 gallon (18" H), since it was getting taller for it. I just did some rearranging and move the longer ones to my 125 gallon (24" H). Some of the leaves look maybe about 28" or so.

Both of them can achieve similar heights.
But the V.contortionist is capable of producing spiral leaves that coil up to 25 times.
