At first glance I thought these were standard detritus worms, but after a closer look they don't look (to me) like what I usually see as far as detritus worms go. The leg/barb like things are throwing me off. They are also mostly on the glass and not in the substrate.

These are in future shrimp tanks that I'm cycling. Various things came in on plants; pond snails, scuds, worms and probably more if I spent more time looking. Only really concerned about something being harmful to neocaridina.

I've been doing a bit of searching and think I've identified them as Oligochaete worms. Many types of them, but found this website with a few pictures, one of which looks like what I've got (even though mine are much longer than 4mm), Oligochaete Chaetochaster diastrophus.

Been keeping both freshwater and saltwater aquariums on and off for over 20 year, still amazes me when I come across something I've never seen before.
