detritus worms question

Ferts dont cause them, no, plant detritus and leftover food do. Cory cats love them if thats an option.

Since you mentioned left over food, how often do you recommend feeding red cherry shrimp, ram horn & mts snails? I usually put an algae wafer in the tank every day and its gone by the following day.
