Hmm kinda hard to tell on my phone, but it looks like a molt to me. If it's totally transparent/clear it's a molt. If it's not and its pinkish it's a dead shrimp, once you see a dead shrimp, youll easily be able to tell the difference
Looks like a molt to me. Did the same thing first time I saw one. In fact today, there was a tiger shrimp molt at the back behind the sponge filter and the way it looked, it look like it was a dead shrimp but another shrimp nicely pulled it out for me and brought it to the front to start eating it and it was clearly a molt. You can see meat on a dead shrimp. Besides the fact that usually a dead shrimp doesn't last long in a tank because snails and other shrimp will start to eat it right away.
