Dead or hiding????

Ok so i got 10 yellow shrimps about three days ago and havn't seen any swimming around since i put them in there are 3 alibino bushynose plecos in there with them so do you guys think they are dead/eaten or just hiding.

They may be hiding, and adapting to the new aquarium/environment.

Ok after sitting in front of my tank for about an hour i decided to do a little water change and than there it was i saw four shrimps. Lol after about four days of looking.
