OK.. There is a dead tree on my block,right possibly dead for 5-6 years

because the owners of the house cemented the floor ,Providing no water for the roots I seen People Type Threads about just dead Branches

With some extra scrubing baking and boiling

Im not sure what Kind of Tree it is But could I use it? or Use it as a Testing in another tank ?

Your post is still rather unclear.

If a tree branch has been dead for 5-6 years it is almost certainly aquarium safe, provided it's not a cedar or something similar. Some compounds in cedars could still prove toxic, and I'd be unsure whether it would be safe.
