I have been trying to locate somewhere to buy dart frogs in alaska and so far have had no luck. If anyone knows of anywhere please let me know. If I am unsucessful I will have to try and figure out how to get some back to anchorage when I head back up in January.

Any luck getting dart frogs up here?
I've always wanted to set up a dart frog viv but have been afraid of putting all the work into it then running the risk of dead frogs arriving at my door.

I too have been trying to find someone in Alaska who breeds Dart frogs! I know that I can have them shipped up here during the Summer months, but it seems that I'm usually ready for them during the Winter months, When shipping is impossible.


Is your Vivarium set up yet. If so, any pictures?

Old thread but I'll vouch for products and frogs sold by Josh's Frogs. Good luck finding frogs. Have you tried any of the frog forums? I used to frequent this place when I had frogs and it was a good place at the time with a lot of friendly, helpful people...

What kind of frogs are you looking for?

Pretty much any Dart Frogs available in Alaska. I'm not picky. And I have tried other forums dealing with dart frogs and have never had a response.
