I been looking around for sometime to setup my current Dish network DVR722 to my current network at home.
I ran across this little D-Link that turns the ethernet port on the dish receiver to wireless supporting a/b/g also WEP WPA. The setup I thought was very easy.
Currently linked with Sonicwall TZ170 also worked with Linksys. Now I can login to my DVR722 threw the internet and access all my programing. Create and Delete recorded shows ect ect.
I did not want to run more network cables across the house again.

Price $50 with free shipping from newegg.

Also works with anything that has Ethernet port on the device.
XBox, Dish, PS3, Wii, PC
Great for the kids Xbox live
The Xbox 360 Wireless Networking Adapter runs for around $70 and this works perfect and cheaper.

Just thought nice little item to mention about.

why not just go with there DAP-1522? yeah it maybe 35 more but does so much more as well. Plus if you have a N router you have dual band waiting for when you get it.
