In this case though affinis 'Pahang Berat' Metallic Red is fairly easy to find on the forums for sale.

I've found C affinis to be one of the tougher to grow Crypts emergent however.
I've done it, but it was troublesome compared to many other species. Grows like a weed under water.

A very popular plant back in the 1970's. 1 st Crypt I ever had.

I totally agree. Every affinis I've tried to convert to emersed has melted on me.

I'm pretty certain that Crispino grew this submersed though.

To obtain the image url open it in Photobucket, right click the image, and select "Copy image URL." Then paste it in between the brackets below, only remove the spacing in the brackets. I had to put spaces so they would appear in the post.

Also, make sure the photos in your Photobucket album are public or they will not show.

If you don't wish to make your photo albums public you can also attach photos to posts using files from your computer.

In the Quick Reply box click on "Go Advanced" and it will bring up more options for your post. Scroll down to the "Manage Attachments" box and you will see a place for attachments to be uploaded.

I haven't seen your photo yet obviously, but the Metallic Red is the same exact Crypt that Crispino is growing. The full name is affinis 'Pahang Berat' Metallic Red.
