Some bucephalandras do that...but you'll end up breaking the bank lol. I think C. parva would suffer if it were bound to driftwood....

I don't think parva would do well, but I can't think of any plants that match what you want. If you really want a miniature needle leaf microsorum you could try dwarfing one, I've done this with regular microsorum and it works pretty well. All that I did was wait till the leaves were rooting and sprouting, let them grow tiny leaves and then I pulled them from the rhizome and tied them to driftwood. I'm not sure if it has taken since I don't know how long it would usually take the leaves to reach full size, but I did that 7 months ago and the leaves are still pretty small.
