I feed all my cichlids, 2-3 week old marble crayfish. It seems thats about the right age otherwise the crayfish's "armour" at 4+ weeks starts getting to tough for the fish.

stevejohn21 u will be happy to know the marble i got from u just berried this week for the first time

Is that ur main food for them or in addition to something else?
