How would either the Celestial Pearl Danio or White Cloud Minnow's do in a 10" bowl.

I have a planted 10" at work and would like to add some fish to it (currently houses a few shrimp, not reproducing I may add).
I do weekly water changes and it stays at room temperature (low 70s I believe).

1. Will either survive in a bowl with no circulation, room temp, and weekly water changes?
2. If they would survive in the bowl, how many of either could I get (I won't do both, just one or the other) and would I need to do more than weekly water changes.

Thanks in advance for your help.

No. Bowl is too small for fish. No circulation is a problem, too.
Improve the conditions so the shrimp are thriving.

I would have to disagree on the basis of a document I downloaded from this site on a list of fish that can be kept in smaller locations (is detailed out to how many fish and smaller recommended size).

Plus I know of people having kept small fish in bowls (not too small obviously) for long periods of time. Generally I know it isn't recommended, but I've heard of scenarios where these things work. Correct me if I'm completely wrong?

Also, the conditions for the shrimp are fine. I'm ok with them not reproducing. They are alive and molt and seem happy and that is what matters.

Is the bowl covered ?

I ask as white clouds which I have kept will jump out if no cover.

Have you considered everglades pygmy sunfish?

They are TINY and will not jump.
