I picked up 6 yesterday and I am wondering what food works well for them? I have tried small sinking pellets, but they are too big for them. I have tried FD Daphnia, but they won't swim up to eat it. What are other CPD owners using to feed them?

I feed mine live baby brine shrimp, frozen baby brine, decapped brine shrimp eggs, micro worms, grindal worms and a little bit of finely crushed flake. I have found small live foods or small frozen foods keep them in peak condition. I have 2 breeding groups outside in 40 gallon tubs - getting ready to "harvest" them and see what they have produced over the summer. Can't wait!

I would let them settle in a little :) I am sure they will eat for you soon. I like to feed frozen cyclops and crushed flake to them. Baby brine is a good option as well as would young daphnia.
