Seeing as this plant isnt super duper widespread still, i dont find too too much info on how exactly to plant them. ive read things ranging from plant it in aquasoil to tie them to wood/rocks to treat them as an anubias.

Does anyone have any concrete tips on the best way to grow these plants?

I have them in soil and on driftwood on the same level in aquarium and there is no difference in growth except the one on driftwood had a flower while ago ☺

Like anubias, it can be grown both ways with success. Just don't bury the rhizome if planting in substrate.

Mine is tied to a small piece of lava rock and shoved in the substrate leaving rhizome exposed.
