Correct lighting for 10 gallon planted tank?

Hello, I'm fairly new to fish keeping and aquascaping, so please forgive my ignorance and lack of knowledge when it comes to lighting. I recently upgraded to a ten gallon tank. Prior to this I had a five gallon cube with one of those LED bars with 30 or so led's that you sit on top of the tank. My new tank has a top with bulb placement on both sides in the center. I got two led bulbs yesterday and the tank is very reddish orange. I was wondering if this is normal? Per each bulb, the brightness is 450 lumens. Light appearance is warm at 2700K and energy used is 4 watts. My plants did very well in my five gallon and the lighting was nice and bright. Now with my new tank and lights, it seems very dim and again, reddish orange. Is this acceptable for my plants? Will they grow at the same rate as my five gallon(most grew quite fast)? Should I get different bulbs? I just want to ensure my plants remain healthy and grow at a decent pace and look good. I'm not really a fan of the red/orange, but if it's good for my plants I'll keep them. I'm not very savvy when it comes to lighting, so anyone who could respond in a simple and easy to understand manner would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

2700K light is very "warm".. so not unusual

fine for plants..may be a bit more "leggy" (longer stems) at 2700k
What is your bulb base? Edison (screw) or ????
Type PAR 30 ect (shape)

Can recommend a different bulb if you tell me what you are sticking them in and shape.
Certainly can make it look better.. ;)
will get into beam angles in a minute.

These are the bulbs I got, front and back of package. Well actually a friend got them, and I think he may have just picked the cheapest bulbs there were. Yes they are screw in bulbs.

It's an Aqueon hood with the two bulbs on both sides. If i need to get new and/or better bulbs, I will, but again, I am truly ignorant when it comes to lighting and whats the best for my tank and plants.

And lastly, this is my tank which was set up last night. The camera makes it appear brighter than it is, but like I've said, it's just a somewhat dim and reddish color.

Thanks for the response. Hope this info and photos helps.

So are my current bulbs junk? Thank you for the suggestion, I'm currently looking up your suggested bulbs and will probably get them. Appreciate the help.
