I've used two methods. A credit card and a razor. The razor seemed to work a bit better (if acyrlic....DON'T USE!). Just keep a net close by or a 1/2" section of air line going to suction up the eggs as the are taken off the glass.
razor, or if you're feeling really dexterous, use your fingers. Eggs are sticky so they can roll off the glass and onto your finger, where you can then transfer them over.
