Two places in Gardena CA have T5 NO bulbs
South Bay Aquarium and Gardena Pet Center in Gardena, CA have T5 NO lamps for around 20-25 a lamp. South Bay has more variety. I bought one from each place about a month and a half ago. Hope that helps.
