1st post and 1st run at a planted tank.
I have a 29 gallon tank, trying to decide which combination of bulbs to run in my Coralife 30" aqualight. The documentation that comes with the light suggests the colormax T5 HO bulb. The other bulb in the fixture is a 10,000k Daylight T5. Should I use the colormax or leave in the Actinic T5?

I don't have established plants yet, just a handful of new plants. I have a flourite \ pea gravel substrate, and a Hagen Ladder on a DIY reactor. I'm using a Hydor 1 pump for circulation, and your standard penguin power filter. Running an airstone at night with the lights off. Any advise on the bulb combination is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll likely return the colormax for the 6700 this weekend.
Honestly didn't know what I was getting into when I decided a few live plants might look nice in my aquarium. Now, on to figuring out fertilizing properly.
